Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible experience with our TeslaMate cloud-hosted service. However, due to the nature of our digital subscription service, the following refund policy applies:

  1. Subscription Payments All subscriptions (monthly or annual) are non-refundable except as expressly stated below. Once a subscription payment is processed, access to the service begins immediately and is considered delivered.
  2. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
    • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days.
    • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused months will be issued.
  3. Refund Requests We may offer a refund only in the following limited circumstances:
    • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase (or initial subscription renewal) and have not used the service extensively.
    • If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our side (not caused by your Tesla account or internet connection), and you contact us within 7 days of the downtime. In such cases, we will refund the prorated amount for the affected period or the full amount for the first 7 days, at our discretion.
  4. No Refunds for Other Cases Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • User error or inability to connect Tesla account
    • Temporary Tesla API issues
    • Non-use of the service after purchase
  5. How to Request a Refund If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Include your order/subscription details and a brief explanation. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  6. Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict future access to our services.
