Welcome to FIISTWOOD LTD (hereinafter “FIISTWOOD LTD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide a paid cloud-hosted instance of TeslaMate, an open-source self-hosted data logger for Tesla vehicles (the “Service”).

By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service at https://www.teslamate.cloud/home/ (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service.
  2. Description of Service We provide a fully managed, cloud-hosted instance of the open-source TeslaMate software. The Service includes hosting, backups, updates, SSL certificates, and technical support. You retain full ownership of all data collected from your Tesla vehicle(s).
  3. TeslaMate is Open Source TeslaMate is released under the MIT License. We do not modify the core TeslaMate code. You may at any time export all your data and self-host TeslaMate elsewhere free of charge.
  4. Accounts and Registration To access the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  5. Subscription and Payment Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
  6. Pricing You agree to pay the fees displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We may change prices at any time with 30 days prior notice for future billing cycles.
  7. Data Export & Cancellation Upon cancellation or termination, you may request a full export of your data (in standard TeslaMate export formats) within 30 days. After 30 days, we may permanently delete your instance and all associated data.
  8. Prohibited Uses You may not:
  • Use the Service to monitor vehicles you do not own or do not have explicit permission to monitor
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Tesla’s Terms of Service
  • Share your account with others or resell the Service
  1. Tesla API & Third-Party Risk The Service relies entirely on Tesla’s unofficial API. Tesla may at any time restrict, throttle, block, or discontinue this API without notice. We are not responsible or liable for any service interruption, data loss, or degradation caused by actions taken by Tesla.
  2. No Warranty THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM DATA LOSS.
  3. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIISTWOOD LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  4. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe you are abusing the Service.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Website at least 30 days before they become effective (except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons). Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
